11. Payment Processing

VPMS uses PayFast as its payment processor. When you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed directly by PayFast on its secure hosted page. SovStac does not store your full card number. PayFast's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We receive only a tokenised reference and billing metadata (amount, date, plan) necessary to manage your subscription.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
