Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which VPMS (Video Project Management System) issues refunds for paid subscriptions and one-time charges. By subscribing to VPMS, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial paid subscription if they are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access for the remainder of the prepaid term.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the new rate is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period and do not generate a refund for the difference.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription periods that have already started, beyond the 14-day window
  • One-time setup, onboarding, or professional service fees
  • Add-ons or usage-based charges already consumed
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or charged twice for the same service, contact us within 60 days of the charge. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • The email address on your VPMS account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

9. Payment Processor

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment processor (PayFast). Refunds are issued in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) to the original payment method. PayFast's own terms may apply to processing timelines. SovStac is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer after we have submitted the refund to PayFast.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to [email protected] first so we can resolve the issue directly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of VPMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. VPMS is a product of SovStac, registered in Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
