VPMS (Video Project Management System) is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription offered by SovStac ("we", "us", "our"), incorporated and operating under the laws of Pakistan. As a purely digital service, VPMS does not involve the manufacture, shipment, or physical return of any tangible goods. Accordingly, this Return Policy is framed in terms of subscription cancellation, access termination, and eligibility for a monetary refund.
You may cancel your VPMS subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid billing period. During the remainder of your paid period you retain full access to all features included in your plan. No partial-period credit or prorated refund is issued for unused days in a monthly subscription beyond the money-back window described in Section 3.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar daysof their first paid charge if they are not satisfied with the service. To exercise this guarantee, email [email protected] from the address associated with your VPMS account with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]". We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days of approval.
The money-back guarantee applies once per customer. Accounts that have previously received a refund are not eligible for a second guarantee period on a new subscription.
Because VPMS is an entirely digital subscription service, there is no physical product to return. Access to the platform is delivered electronically via a secure web browser login. Cancellation of your subscription constitutes the entirety of the "return" process applicable to digital SaaS subscriptions.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee described in Section 3. After the 14-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable; however, you may cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future billing. You retain access for the full prepaid term.
Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. The price difference for the current period is not refunded. If the downgrade reduces your project or team member count below your current usage, you will be prompted to archive or remove excess data before the new plan takes effect.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Upon cancellation, your workspace data is retained in a read-only state for 30 days to allow you to export your projects, files, and reports. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting all required data before cancelling. SovStac is not liable for data loss caused by failure to export prior to the deletion window.
All subscription payments are processed by our payment processor (PayFast). Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary by bank or card issuer but typically complete within 5–10 business days following our approval. All amounts are denominated and refunded in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of VPMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
