Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipment

VPMS (Video Project Management System) is a purely digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by SovStac, a company registered under the laws of Pakistan. VPMS does not sell, manufacture, or distribute any physical goods. Accordingly, no physical shipment, courier, postal delivery, or logistics process of any kind is involved in fulfilling your purchase.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how your subscription access is provisioned and the timeframe within which it becomes available to you after a successful payment.

2. Delivery Method

Access to VPMS is delivered exclusively through the internet via a standard web browser. Upon successful completion of payment through our payment processor (PayFast), the following occurs automatically:

  • Your subscription is activated on our servers.
  • A confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your account, containing a summary of your plan and billing details.
  • You are granted immediate access to your VPMS workspace at app.vpms.io (or equivalent subdomain) using your registered credentials.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is instantaneous. In the vast majority of cases, access is provisioned in real time — within seconds of payment confirmation from PayFast. There is no waiting period, dispatch window, or transit time.

In rare circumstances (for example, a temporary delay from the payment processor or a system maintenance window), access may take up to 15 minutes to be fully activated. If you do not receive your confirmation email or cannot access your workspace within 30 minutes of payment, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Access Requirements

To access VPMS you need:

  • A device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest two major versions recommended).
  • A stable internet connection.
  • The email address and password used during registration, or a valid single sign-on (SSO) identity where applicable.

No software installation, app download, or hardware purchase is required to use the core VPMS platform.

5. Renewal and Ongoing Access

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). Access continues uninterrupted as long as your subscription remains active and payment is processed successfully. You will receive a renewal reminder email before each charge. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

6. Failed Payments and Access Suspension

If a renewal payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will attempt to notify you by email and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after our standard retry period, your account will be placed in a restricted state and full access will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Your data is retained during this period as described in our Return Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the VPMS platform. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance via email or in-app notification. Unplanned outages are resolved as quickly as possible. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance does not constitute a failure of delivery and does not entitle the subscriber to a prorated refund, except as outlined in our Refund Policy for extended outages.

8. Payment Processor

All subscription payments are processed by PayFast, a payment service provider operating in Pakistan. Payment confirmation from PayFast is the trigger for subscription provisioning. SovStac is not responsible for delays caused by PayFast's processing systems, bank-side holds, or network interruptions outside our control.

9. Currency

All subscription prices are displayed and charged in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There are no hidden shipping, handling, or customs charges because no physical goods are delivered.

10. Governing Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of VPMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
