Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VPMS (Video Project Management System), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VPMS is a project management platform designed specifically for video production agencies. Our service includes project tracking, time management, team collaboration, file sharing, and reporting tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). All payments are processed by our payment processor (PayFast). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received. PayFast's own terms and conditions apply to the processing of your payment.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VPMS. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of VPMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the service and describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VPMS at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VPMS is provided on an"as is"and"as available"basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VPMS or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. VPMS is operated by SovStac, a company registered in Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
